तलाठी पद आणि त्याचे महत्त्व
तलाठी हा महसूल विभागातील (Revenue Department) गट-क दर्जाचा कर्मचारी असतो. जमिनीचे रेकॉर्ड ठेवणे, सातबारा (7/12) उतारे देणे, आणि शेतसारा गोळा करणे ही तलाठ्याची मुख्य कामे असतात. ग्रामीण व शहरी भागात या पदाला खूप महत्त्व आहे.
शैक्षणिक पात्रता आणि वयोमर्यादा
पात्रता: उमेदवाराने कोणत्याही मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाची पदवी (Graduation) पूर्ण केलेली असावी. तसेच, उमेदवाराला मराठी व हिंदी भाषेचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे. MS-CIT किंवा तत्सम संगणक प्रमाणपत्र असणे अनिवार्य असते (नियुक्तीनंतरही देता येते).
वयोमर्यादा: खुल्या प्रवर्गासाठी 18 ते 38 वर्षे, आणि राखीव प्रवर्गासाठी 18 ते 43 वर्षे.
परीक्षेचे स्वरूप (TCS/IBPS पॅटर्न)
तलाठी भरती परीक्षा ऑनलाइन (CBT) पद्धतीने घेतली जाते. यामध्ये एकूण 100 प्रश्न असतात आणि प्रत्येक प्रश्नाला 2 गुण (एकूण 200 गुण) दिले जातात. परीक्षेचा कालावधी 2 तास (120 मिनिटे) असतो. नकारात्मक गुण (Negative Marking) नसतात.
- मराठी व्याकरण: 25 प्रश्न, 50 गुण
- इंग्रजी व्याकरण: 25 प्रश्न, 50 गुण
- सामान्य ज्ञान (GK): 25 प्रश्न, 50 गुण
- बौद्धिक चाचणी व गणित: 25 प्रश्न, 50 गुण
आवश्यक कागदपत्रे
फॉर्म भरताना आणि कागदपत्र पडताळणीच्या वेळी खालील कागदपत्रे आवश्यक असतात:
- 10वी आणि 12वी चे बोर्ड सर्टिफिकेट (जन्म तारखेसाठी)
- पदवीचे प्रमाणपत्र (Degree Certificate/Marksheet)
- जातीचा दाखला (Caste Certificate) व Non-Creamy Layer (लागू असल्यास)
- रहिवासी दाखला (Domicile Certificate)
- EWS प्रमाणपत्र (जर EWS मधून अर्ज करत असाल)
Importance of the Talathi Post
A Talathi is a Group-C employee in the Revenue Department. Their primary duties include maintaining land and crop records, issuing 7/12 extracts, and collecting land revenue. It is a highly respected administrative post.
Eligibility & Age Limit
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is required. An MS-CIT or equivalent computer proficiency certificate is mandatory (can also be submitted post-appointment).
Age Limit: 18 to 38 years for the open category, and 18 to 43 years for reserved categories.
Exam Pattern (TCS/IBPS Format)
The Talathi exam is conducted online (CBT). It consists of 100 questions carrying 2 marks each (Total 200 marks). The exam duration is 2 hours (120 minutes). There is no negative marking.
