रेल्वे भरती (RRB / RRC)
भारतीय रेल्वे (Indian Railways) ही भारतातील सर्वात मोठी नोकरी देणारी संस्था आहे. महाराष्ट्रात मध्य रेल्वे (Central Railway - CR) आणि पश्चिम रेल्वे (Western Railway - WR) अंतर्गत हजारो पदांची भरती रेल्वे भरती बोर्ड (RRB) आणि रेल्वे भरती कक्ष (RRC) मार्फत केली जाते.
प्रमुख पदे आणि शैक्षणिक पात्रता
- ग्रुप डी (Group D - Track Maintainer, Helper, etc.): 10वी पास सोबत ITI किंवा National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) आवश्यक. वयोमर्यादा साधारणपणे 18 ते 33 वर्षे.
- NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories - Clerk, Station Master, TC): 12वी पास (Undergraduate posts) आणि पदवीधर (Graduate posts) उमेदवारांसाठी. वयोमर्यादा 18 ते 30/33 वर्षे.
- असिस्टंट लोको पायलट (ALP) व टेक्निशियन: 10वी पास सोबत संबंधित ट्रेडमध्ये ITI किंवा इंजिनिअरिंग डिप्लोमा/डिग्री आवश्यक.
परीक्षेचे स्वरूप (CBT)
रेल्वेच्या बहुतांश परीक्षा ऑनलाइन स्वरूपाच्या (Computer Based Test) असतात. यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने खालील विषयांचा समावेश असतो:
- गणित (Mathematics)
- सामान्य बुद्धिमत्ता व तर्कशास्त्र (General Intelligence & Reasoning)
- सामान्य विज्ञान (General Science)
- सामान्य ज्ञान आणि चालू घडामोडी (General Awareness on Current Affairs)
टीप: रेल्वेच्या परीक्षेत 1/3 नकारात्मक गुण (Negative Marking) लागू असते.
रेल्वे अप्रेंटिस (Apprentice) म्हणजे काय?
रेल्वेकडून 10वी + ITI पास उमेदवारांसाठी 1 वर्षाची Apprenticeship Training दिली जाते. हे प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना रेल्वेच्या गट ड (Group D) भरतीमध्ये 20% जागा राखीव असतात, ज्यामुळे नोकरी मिळणे सोपे होते.
Railway Recruitment (RRB / RRC)
Indian Railways is one of the largest employers in India. In Maharashtra, thousands of vacancies are filled under Central Railway (CR) and Western Railway (WR) through the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) and Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC).
Major Posts & Eligibility
- Group D (Track Maintainer, Helper, etc.): 10th Pass with ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC). Age limit is generally 18 to 33 years.
- NTPC (Clerk, Station Master, Ticket Collector): Vacancies available for both 12th pass (Undergraduate posts) and Graduates. Age limit is typically 18 to 30/33 years.
- Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) & Technician: 10th pass along with an ITI in relevant trades or a Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
Exam Pattern (CBT)
Most Railway exams are Computer Based Tests (CBT). The syllabus primarily focuses on:
- Mathematics
- General Intelligence & Reasoning
- General Science
- General Awareness on Current Affairs
Note: There is a negative marking of 1/3 for incorrect answers in Railway exams.
What is a Railway Apprentice?
Railways offer a 1-year Apprenticeship training for 10th + ITI pass candidates. Candidates who complete this training get a 20% reservation in direct Group D recruitments, significantly boosting their chances of selection.
