Admit card download झाला म्हणजे exam preparation पूर्ण झाली असे नाही. त्यावर reporting time, gate closing time, shift, centre address, accepted photo ID आणि विशेष instructions असतात. हे details exam च्या आदल्या रात्री पाहिल्यास centre दूर आहे किंवा ID mismatch आहे हे सुधारण्यासाठी वेळ उरत नाही.
पहिल्याच दिवशी identity तपासा
तुमचे नाव, photograph, signature, roll number, date of birth आणि category दिसत असल्यास application record शी जुळवा. Spelling mismatch किंवा blank photo असल्यास स्वतः edit केलेली PDF घेऊन जाऊ नका. Official helpdesk ला ticket/email पाठवा आणि त्यांचे written instruction जतन करा.
Exam date आणि shift वेगळे नोंदवा

Centre address प्रत्यक्ष map वर तपासा
समान नावाच्या दोन schools किंवा colleges असू शकतात. Full address, PIN code आणि landmark वापरून route पहा. शक्य असल्यास एक दिवस आधी travel time तपासा. Sunday transport, parking आणि phone जमा करण्याची व्यवस्था गृहित धरू नका.
काय घेऊन जायचे?
Admit card print colour मध्येच पाहिजे असे universal rule नाही; notice जे सांगते ते करा. Accepted original photo ID, passport photos, self-declaration, transparent pen किंवा category proof यापैकी काय आवश्यक आहे ते instruction sheet मधून list करा. Photocopy चालेल असे स्वतः ठरवू नका.
Prohibited items घरातच ठेवा
Phone, smart watch, calculator, notes, bag, jewellery किंवा belt याबाबत exams चे rules वेगळे असतात. Centre वर storage मिळेल असे मानू नका. Medical device किंवा accessibility support आवश्यक असल्यास आधी संबंधित procedure आणि permission वाचा.

Downloading an admit card is not the end of examination preparation. It may contain a reporting time, gate-closing time, shift, centre address, accepted photo ID and special instructions. Reading these details only on the previous night leaves little time to solve a distant-centre or identity mismatch.
Check identity as soon as the card is released
Match your name, photograph, signature, roll number, date of birth and displayed category with the application record. Do not carry a PDF that you edited yourself to hide a mistake. Contact the official helpdesk and preserve its written instruction if a photograph is missing or a spelling differs.
Record the shift separately
Put the reporting time—not merely the examination start time—on your calendar. Gate closing may be earlier. If there are several papers or shifts, record each date and time separately. Our exam countdown helps with planning, but only the official notice can confirm a change.
Verify the centre on a map
Two schools or colleges can have similar names. Search using the full address, PIN code and landmark. Check likely travel time in advance, especially for an early shift. Do not assume Sunday transport, parking or phone-storage facilities will be available.
Make a notice-specific item list
There is no universal rule that every admit card must be printed in colour. Follow the instruction sheet. List the accepted original photo ID, photographs, self-declaration, transparent pen or category proof only when the exam requires them. Do not decide that a photocopy will be accepted without confirmation.
Leave prohibited items at home
Rules for phones, smart watches, calculators, notes, bags, jewellery and belts vary. Storage at the centre is not guaranteed. A candidate who needs a medical device or accessibility support should read the permission process early and carry the required approval.

Do not keep the portal password in a public note. If it may be needed later for an answer key or result, use a secure password manager or a private record.
