1. Scope and independence

Sarkari Katta Jobs is an independent information service, not a government body, recruitment agency or application agent. It does not select candidates, accept recruitment fees, promise jobs or control an official application portal. A visitor should use the site to discover and organise information, then use the recruiting organisation's notice for the final decision.

2. Source hierarchy

News, social posts and forwarded messages	Discovery leads only. They are not treated as final authority for an application.

A mirrored PDF is a convenience copy. If it differs from the version on the recruiting body's portal, the official portal version takes priority.

3. Listing publication rules

Active listings must contain a title, organisation, category, location, parseable deadline and at least one direct official source link. Both the notification and organisation website are preferred.

Unknown status values are treated as closed instead of being published by default.

Exact duplicate listings are resolved before display, while different posts from the same recruitment notification remain separate.

A listing stops appearing in active lists after its India-calendar deadline passes. A same-day deadline remains visible for that date.

Structurally complete active listings are published to search indexing and the sitemap directly from the manually maintained Jobs sheet.

4. Summaries and automation

Job entries are added manually from recruitment notifications and organisation portals. Automated code imports rows, checks required fields, normalises filters, calculates expiry and detects duplicates. It does not invent vacancies, dates, eligibility rules or application links.

5. Corrections and material changes

A correction report should identify the page, the disputed field and an official source. Material items such as a revised deadline, cancelled recruitment, changed vacancy count or altered eligibility should be updated in the source record. The site may hide a listing while a serious discrepancy is checked. Cosmetic edits do not change an official notice.

6. Advertising boundary

Search, filters, tools, empty states, listing feeds and legal pages remain ad-free. Ad code is limited to content-rich job-detail and first-party article routes, and only after ad serving has been explicitly enabled. Site ownership verification is kept separate from ad delivery.

Reader responsibility

Before submitting an application or payment, open the official notification, confirm the application domain and check for a later corrigendum. Do not send Sarkari Katta a password, OTP, identity-document copy or card details. The hiring organisation is the final authority.
